Services

Evolve Tennis Australia provides tennis coaching programs, lessons, clinics, events, and related services.

Participation & Safety

Participants must follow all coach instructions and safety guidelines. We reserve the right to remove participants for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

Medical Responsibility

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation. Participation is at your own risk.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Fees must be paid in advance

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable

  • Make-up sessions are subject to availability

  • Refunds are provided only where required by Australian Consumer Law

Session Cancellations

  • Sessions may be cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Evolve Tennis Australia is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content and branding remains the property of Evolve Tennis Australia.
